Is there a security deposit for items?
Some high-value items (like gaming consoles or power tools) may require a refundable security deposit set by the owner. This is fully refunded upon safe return of the item.
What if an item I borrowed breaks?
We recommend communicating directly with the owner first. Our resolution center can step in to mediate and utilize the security deposit if necessary.

Earnings from your rented items are credited directly to your AdoraStay Wallet. You can withdraw this balance to your bank account at any time.
How do I list an item or property?
Log into your account, click 'List Item' in the top navigation bar, select your category (Property or Item), and fill out the details!
